**I am currently not accepting new clients.** My focus is to align with each client to provide hope and healing through the use of skill building and personal strengths so that they may experience positive change, peace and true fulfillment. I use client-centered, strength-based and cognitive/ behavioral interventions and will work with each client to develop specific goals by breaking them down into short and long term goals with action steps. My ideal client is one who is motivated to seek change and is willing to do whatever it takes to achieve this. I feel comfortable working with young and old; male and female.
I believe the most important aspect of therapy is the relationship that the client and I build. All change, improvement, or progress flows from the trust and respect that is established in this relationship.
I see my role as a facilitator of change while the client’s present behaviors, beliefs, family system and worldview are explored. I will also assist the client in reevaluating his or her style of life, with the hope of achieving insight and meaningful change.
