I work from a developmental trauma, attachment theory and shame basis of therapy including meeting and nurturing your inner child. I work with individuals & couples in exploring childhood messages, attachment ruptures and current life circumstances as well as anxiety and anger. I work with people on finding their emotions and how to process them. We will work on healing our relationships with ourselves and others and showing up in the world more aligned with our values and authenticity.
I am so eager to begin new journeys with others. I am interested in meeting your true self with you and the protectors over that self .I love to laugh, banter and am just a wild fun soul at heart.
