Empowering people to problem-solve and consider other options to problems has always been a passion of mine, which I turned into a career. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Texas. I work with young adults and adults who have struggles with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and family conflict. I see clients virtually only on Grow Therapy, Rula, and Headway. I am willing to have a 15 minute consult to see if I am a right fit for your needs. This can be an important step to find the right therapist for your needs.

I help people explore their symptoms and what might be some possible solutions or at least a way to tolerate symptoms, as some things in our lives happen. It’s how we learn to lower our distress.

I am open to working with a variety of people who are looking for some solutions and guidance. I often look at therapy as a guide for bettering oneself and how to cope with things that maybe beyond our control.
