I am a clinical psychologist with The Kingsbury Wellness & Learning Group, a nonprofit organization providing exceptional psychological services to children and adults. I specialize in the treatment of children, adolescents and young adults struggling with behavioral, emotional regulation, and social challenges. I provide psychotherapy and consultation to help individuals and families navigate anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, ADHD, school and learning problems, and behavioral concerns.
I believe in using individual’s unique strengths to overcome past failures and develop new skills that foster personal growth, self-confidence, and independence. I have nearly a decade of past experience working in a special education setting, I am well-versed in adapting therapy interventions for those with special education needs.

Our SPACE group is developed specifically for parents of anxious children. Anxiety impacts the whole family and can disrupt the regular plans and routines of everyone in the home. Parents will learn how to help reduce their child's anxiety and improve their ability to independently regulate uncomfortable emotions.
