Home and family can often be sought as a sanctuary, particularly in light of how busy we are. When there are struggles at home, particularly with a young child, it can feel overwhelming and sometimes defeating. In my work, I partner with young children’s adults to explore family challenges and find concrete solutions to return a level of calm to the home.
We will look at not only the underlying meaning of the child’s behavior and ways to shift this, but also the adults' responses and familiar patterns that are no longer effective. I believe that our work together can lead to a more balanced and regulated family system. I work with adults who have children 0-10
