As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), I specialize in recovery from eating disorders, trauma, and co-occurring concerns. Because every person’s history and goals are unique, my approach is integrative and collaborative. EMDR, psychedelic therapy, and psychological assessment can be powerful adjuncts to therapy, especially when one feels stuck.
With 15+ years of clinical experience and through personal struggle, I’ve learned that recovery is a journey - with ups and downs. I’m aware of the reality of eating disorder recovery and am invested in supporting you throughout the process. It may take time, but healing and a meaningful life are very much possible.
