Sarah specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma/ PTSD, and relationship challenges. She has knowledge meaningfully interweaving therapies such as cognitive behavioral, cognitive processing therapy for trauma and dialectical behavioral to identify and explore a client’s negative narrative and negative thoughts about self.
Sarah brings her passion for the therapeutic journey to all of her clients and is excited to be a part of each client’s process of change.
