I believe all people have the capacity to grow and heal from trauma, anxiety, and stress given the right conditions and environment. It is overwhelming when painful memories, emotions and sensations disrupt our ability to participate in our professional and personal lives. I offer a warm, compassionate and authentic space where we'll connect with your strengths and resources so that you can create meaningful long term change.
My approach focuses on us building comfort in the therapeutic environment so that we can explore the things that are most important to you. Focusing on your most pressing stressors, we will get to the root of what's feeling painful, while building skills for present moment distress.
I offer in-person sessions in Arlington, MA and telehealth to MA, MD and DC residents. I offer a free 15-20 minute zoom consult to all prospective clients where I can learn about what's bringing you to therapy, answer questions you may have and talk about how I might support you in meeting your goals. I'm looking forward to learning more about you!
