I approach my practice with positivity and humor, with an understanding that we are all doing our best to feel and do better. I am seeking clients that are motivated and ready to put steps into action. I aim to act as a coach and guide as you embark on the changes you hope to see in your life, whether it be addressing feelings of depression and anxiety, or by developing behaviors that support your continued growth and recovery.
I am skilled in the areas of cognitive behavior therapy and trauma-informed treatment, with a focus on building a mindfulness into client's everyday lives. I offer individual treatment to adults in a confidential, supportive setting.
While change is often difficult and uncomfortable, it is also possible to bring the changes you wish to see in your daily life. I remain endlessly hopeful in the human spirit and the ability to overcome the most insurmountable situations.
