I have experience working with individuals struggling with grief and loss, trauma, depression, anxiety, self-harm, sexual issues, addiction, and life transitions. I currently practice in a private practice setting in Ohio. Prior to moving into private practice, I worked in an outpatient substance-use treatment facility and also have experience in a university setting providing mental health services to college students.
I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to assist clients with understanding and healing from their experiences. I believe each client is the expert on their own life.
