I have experience working with children and adults from diverse backgrounds who are navigating issues such as life transitions, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma and abuse, relational conflict, and low self-esteem. Therapy can provide a space for self-reflection and healing. Together, we will work towards your goals and help you take the next step.
My therapeutic style is warm, empathic, and relaxed. As your counselor, my desire is for you to feel safe and known. I seek to create a nonjudgmental space where we can discuss life’s challenges and vulnerable topics. Through a collaborative approach, I hope to provide you with coping skills to decrease your stress and empower you toward lasting change.
