Welcome to my page. I offer online therapy through Behavioral Health Care Consultants P.C. You have already started your journey by reaching out for help. Therapy can be intimidating; my goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported as we work together to achieve your goals. I work best with clients ages 18 and older who are looking for a therapist to support them in times of change, identity exploration, loss, new life stages, relationship changes and more. I've worked well with clients from all backgrounds, faith/spirituality, gender, and sexuality. I offer a safe, supportive, trauma informed, and affirming environment.
I provide outpatient individual therapy to clients with a variety of concerns including: depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment, grief and loss. I use therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, Systems perspective, attachment based, and Relational approach.
If you feel we may be a good fit please send me an email and we can set up a short call to discuss schedules and I can answer any questions you may have. In person sessions at my Lancaster office can be accommodated depending on our shared schedules.
