Hi! I'm Sarah Knuth, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a passion for listening. I follow a strengths-based approach, believing even in our darkest times, we all have strengths and resiliencies that can help us grow stronger. I am familiar with students, adults, women's issues, and Veterans, treating anxiety, general life stressors, work issues, as well as housing and financial instability stressors. By focusing on our strengths, we can develop coping skills and identify areas of difficulty where personal growth can happen. I take a mindful approach to life, encouraging paying attention to the present, even if to do that means working through the past.
