Navigating through life can be a challenge, and doing so when you are experiencing difficulties with your mental and emotional well-being can seem overwhelming and impossible. I have worked with people from all age groups and have experience working with various populations including mental illness, substance abuse, childhood trauma, at-risk youth veterans, and sexual assault victims.This allows me to assist you through whatever difficulty you are experiencing such as receiving a new mental health diagnosis, the loss of a loved one, an immediate crisis or a life-long struggle.
I am able to provide care through individual, couples, or family therapy to address these issues which will include education and exploration of your particular situation and mental health diagnosis such as depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict including marital and parent/child issues or substance abuse.
