In my practice, I provide a caring, non-judgmental place for clients to understand themselves better, process difficult feelings, change painful habits, and build a more satisfying life. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a background in clinical techniques that help clients build a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I believe that finding the right therapist-client "fit" is integral to success in therapy and I use a collaborative process to establish and work toward the goals of treatment.
