I am trained in both Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy (an evidence-based treatment approach utilized in individual therapy, and for trauma therapy), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) (evidence-based treatment approach utilized in couples therapy).
