By creating a safe space and by taking an exploratory stance and understanding where you are stuck, I work collaboratively with you and pay attention to patterns and explore internal mental blocks that prevent you from truly living and experiencing connection.
My clinical experience includes treating individuals with anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions, anger management, issues with self-worth, and grief and loss. I help adults who struggle with relationships, perfectionism, self-care, and self-compassion.
