My approach is based on the needs of the individual and can include psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques and play therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process, together we will help you identify the changes you want to achieve, take the steps towards your goals and live a more balanced and rewarding life.
