I enjoy helping adults navigate life transitions and explore themselves to encourage deeper personal understanding and improve well-being. I aim to create a nurturing space in which clients feel safe to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors together. My approach is eclectic and collaborative. It often combines looking to past experiences to understand how they impact the present as well as working mindfully to understand dynamics that occur in the here-and-now. This approach allows for individualized treatment accounting for each person's unique needs and reasons for seeking counseling.
I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and enjoy working with folks throughout their entire pregnancy and postpartum experience. Please see list below for additional areas of interest and experience. In addition to counseling and psychotherapy, I also provide Mental Health First Aid Training.
