Hello there! My clients value that I offer strength and softness in the therapy room. They feel held and validated in their experiences and emotions, as well as they receive supportive direction and a champion to encourage them in healing and growth. Couples value my ability to blend logistics and love, with realistic, approachable, and implementable strategies and tools. When I left my career in tech startups to become a therapist, I knew I wanted my treatment approach to be warm, welcoming, safe, and affirming, AND intentional, purposeful, and effective.
My approach is rooted in finding what works for you, not just my theoretical interpretation. It's cognitive (mind), transpersonal (spirit), and somatic (body). My work is evidence-based, meaning I use modalities including mindfulness, IFS (internal family systems) informed parts work, EMDR, and PACT for couples, all of which have been proven to be effective.
I'm flexible and adaptable, able to meet you where you are in the moment. Our work is purposeful and goal-oriented, structured around a treatment plan we create together and regularly check in on to ensure we’re on track with your therapy goals. The right feeling and fit in therapy are essential, that’s why I offer a free 20-minute consult.
