I have over a decade of experience in a variety of settings from schools, criminal justice, and community mental health. Through these settings I sought additional training in PTSD, ADHD, EMDR, DBT, and IFS. My style is trauma-informed and eclectic so we can work on your individual treatment goals with the modality and pace that is best for you.
