Do you struggle with dealing with past trauma? Do you feel lost after the loss of a loved one? Do you feel like depression has taken over your life? I am so glad you found me to help! I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and have completed Phase One and Phase Two of Brainspotting training. I have over 4 years of experience working with clients going through a number of life’s challenges. My emphasis in therapy is always ensuring that clients feel safe and comfortable in the therapeutic setting and, most importantly, feel comfortable in sharing their experiences with me.
I specialize in treating adults and teenagers with Complex Trauma and PTSD; Depression; Anxiety Disorders; Grief and Loss; and Addiction.
I look forward to collaborating with you as you work towards processing your trauma, learn to cope with daily stressors and triggers, and connect with your inner strengths and resources that can help you overcome and find peace.
