Therapy with me is focused on the power of connection, within which growth is immeasurable. I believe that the relationship between therapist and client is the most important tool to be cultivated in therapy. With a strong foundation of trust and authenticity, I help clients to achieve harmony and peace in their lives. My passion lies in applying these beliefs to work with children and adolescents and those that love them. I am currently accepting clients 12+ with Saturday appointments available immediately.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults and specialize in teens and young adults struggling with substance abuse, self harm, and other high risk behaviors. When working with youth clients, I take special care to balance wants/goals of both clients and caregivers and facilitate both individual and family sessions as appropriate.
If your child or family is struggling with out of control or worrisome behaviors, battling past trauma, or fighting mental health concerns, reach out to me to begin your therapy journey.
