Hello! My name is Sarah Holden and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker! Beginning therapy can be a difficult step but I assure you, scheduling your first appointment is the hardest. The most important part of therapy is having a non judgmental safe space where you can begin the healing process and be HAPPY! I am passionate about helping others find their inner voice and establish personal goals. I am currently accepting daytime appointments.
I have over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and families in a variety of settings ranging from correctional institutions to private practice. I specialize in healing from trauma including physical, mental, emotional and sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, bipolar, parenting, parent/child relationship challenges and communication.
