Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I want to be a helper and guidepost for women navigating the complicated times life brings. I aim to bring warmth and humor with a judgment-free space for each individual to breathe and do the hard work of the healing and growing process. I primarily see women ages 19 and up, and offer in person session or virtual. As I had people in my young life that saw me and walked with me through doubt, hard times and uncertainty, I know these influences made a positive impact on my life. They are who inspire me to sit, kneel, crawl or walk with you, at whatever the pace.
From my years of working in private practice and higher levels of psychiatric care, I have extensive experience and training in trauma treatment and crisis intervention. I utilize Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to meet each client where they are in their journeys. I am also certified in EMDR.
I specialize in complex trauma, ADHD in women, and spiritual/religious abuse. Each area brings its own complicated grief and healing journey and I would love to walk alongside you in yours.
