Virtual Trauma Healing Group
Trauma healing group for adults wanting to work through a specific traumatic event in their life. These groups have been so wonderful and facilitate so much healing. I use an evidence-based therapy model to guide the group, so members have practical take home skills, as well as group and therapist support. We were not wired to cope with trauma alone.
