For years, I've worked with tweens, teens, and adults experiencing grief, moving through major life transitions, or wanting to stop feeling controlled by symptoms of mood swings, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and depression. Whether you’re managing your mental health, navigating teen life, or recovering from the toll of front-line work, I’m here to help you gain trust in yourself and touch into your own inherent wisdom.
I offer a blend of somatic and experiential therapies, Internal Family Systems-informed strategies, yoga, humor and a belief in the human ability to connect to a power greater than self. Our work can unfold in my office or through hiking and walking sessions, allowing you to connect with yourself in nature.
I’m a therapist, wilderness guide and educator with decades of experience leading transformative journeys. My curiosity about people has taken me around the world, from working with grade school and college students to inmates to supporting refugees in war zones.
