I have ten years of experience providing therapy both in group and individual sessions for a variety of conditions. Most of my experience has been working with individuals wrestling with substance use disorders and I have come to be very passionate about advocating for this population. Most recently I have been providing LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy.
I am also passionate about helping minority populations to overcome stigma (both internalized and external) and learn to be their best and most authentic selves. Sometimes the hate we hold toward ourselves is the worst hate of all. I hope you will give me the chance to help you learn to treat yourself with kindness and understanding. You deserve it.
