Hello! This profile is for Illinois (telehealth only) or Florida (telehealth or in-person) patients. I am experienced in treating adults with anger, anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, panic attacks, and trauma. I also specialize in treating first responders.
I offer a free initial 15-minute consultation. Your first appointment will be an initial assessment where I ask you many questions about yourself and your life. We will create a treatment plan together and start therapy immediately. I can use conventional talk-therapy or EMDR.
