We all have a story; my goal is to help you feel empowered to share yours. I am committed to creating a safe space for anyone coming to my practice. My therapeutic style is centered around respect and empathy, having a deep understanding for your journey. We are a team in this experience, and I hope to offer a light at the end of the tunnel. I specialize in working with women, couples, and families. I provide talk therapy with a focus on relationships, addiction, women’s issues, anxiety, and loss and grief. I have extensive experience working with addiction, navigating clients and families through the process of finding treatment.
In my work with women, I address a wide range of topics including self-esteem, empowerment, work-life balance, relationships, and the unique challenges that women face. In my work with couples, I help partners enhance their communication, rebuild trust, strengthen emotional bonds, and navigate complexities. I enjoy coaching clients to be their best self.
Gold Care Navigation offers Recovery Coaching, Care Navigation, and Placement. Our services provide loved ones and clients with quality mental health support that is customized to their individual needs by assisting with navigation and treatment placement if necessary. Our work with families includes education and thoughtful guidance.
