I have an M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and work from a humanistic, person-centered foundation. I enjoy supporting clients through somatic approaches, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and other trauma-sensitive modalities. Before becoming a clinician, I worked in social services supporting a wide array of folks from young children to adults.
