Hello wonderful Being, it is my privilege to walk with you on your path of healing. I have worked with people from all walks of life and am oriented towards helping those struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem. I consider myself a holistic therapist and aim to educate my clients on their nervous systems and the impact of trauma.
In my work, I aim to treat the whole person- mind, body + soul. I weave CBT into our work in order to develop insight into mental + emotional patterns while remaining aware of the somatic impacts of trauma. I am a Somatic Practitioner, am trained in EMDR and yoga and enjoy working with mindfulness skills as well. I currently only work with age 18+.
My approach to treatment is based in building a therapeutic relationship through effective communication and authenticity.
