I love working with people are who are interested in learning more about how their long held patterns are getting in the way of living a meaningful life. Sometimes people come to me because they are struggling with relationship issues, and sometimes it's anxiety or depression or another underlying issue. I provide a gentle and safe environment to untangle some of these issues and determine a plan to let go of the struggle and begin to live more fully.
I have training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Gestalt Therapy. I'm interested not only in how experiences early in life affect our current lives, but also the ways in which our day to day decisions and intentionality affect us. I love to explore both of these pieces with my clients so that we can make the changes being sought in therapy!
