I have been working in the mental health field for 17 years, working in a variety of settings. I have training as both a professional counselor and an art therapist. I'm trained in several evidence based treatments, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address processing trauma.
