Hi there! Glad you stopped here at my profile .A little about me: I help children, families, individuals, & elderly populations. I support people in exploring their history & uncovering patterns they may not even be aware of so that they can begin to have more control of their emotions & live a more fulfilling life. I’ve been a therapist for 4 years & absolutely love what I do! I have seen so many people experience growth and healing via “aha” moments. I enjoy processing difficult stuff in a meaningful way to help others find precious relief from tough feelings.
I utilize a variety of therapy methods. I have experience with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, meditation, mind/body connection, mindfulness, assertiveness training, and mood management. I often help others with trauma, grief, anxiety, & depression to name a few.
