I believe in a client centered strength-based approach to therapy using various therapeutic modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Holistic therapy and Mindfulness.
My primary goal is to offer you a safe inviting space where you are able to tell your truth without judgement or criticism. Appointments are available for early morning as well as some afternoon and evening.
