I create a warm, safe and collaborative environment and tailor treatment to your needs using the evidence-based practices of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness.
