Sarah Souza is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has worked in a variety of clinical settings including community mental health agencies, schools, residential treatment facilities, and IHT programs. Sarah has over 20 years experience in the mental health field. She is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology. Sarah also holds licensure as a school adjustment counselor in Massachusetts.
Sarah utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to address a multitude of client needs. In addition to individual work, Sarah’s passion is couples counseling. She has been both level 1 and level 2 Gottman trained and incorporates many of their techniques in her treatment.
Sarah is currently accepting BCBS, Tufts commercial, Optum and private pay clients. ••Please note Couples counseling is private pay only.
