I am a LAC currently specializing in eating disorders/disordered eating and trauma. My therapeutic appropriate is trauma informed care where I address the root experiences that have influenced patterns of unhealthy coping and a negative core belief.
With experience in residential and outpatient centers for substance use, eating disorders and trauma, I utilize CBT, DBT, CPT, Strength-based therapy, body image work, and trauma informed interventions.
