Life experiences have a way of influencing how we see ourselves and others. As a Spiritual Director, I invite people to take a journey towards healing the soul by discovering the presence of the Divine in all life's moments. If you are looking for a safe and open space for that journey, I am happy to companion you. The soul thrives when we discover our true selves. I invite those from various faith backgrounds as well as those who are feeling the 'tug' to know more about this soul work.
I offer an environment for inner healing and growth, a listening ear and heart along with resources to help bring your life into balance and health. Through contemplative exercises, we will discover together hidden wounds as well as hidden strengths often silenced by past wounds and a distorted self-image. Your true self is loved and accepted.
This is a spiritual journey. It is not therapeutic therapy or counseling but rather an ongoing invitation toward inner healing in a confidential, gracious way.
