I offer you a space to exist without judgment just as you are. While I accompany you during this hard time, I will nudge you in a direction towards greater wellness, offering you evidence-based tools & strategies. I utilize a mixture of CBT, ACT, & DBT interventions while staying rooted in Attachment Theory, Emotionally-focused counseling, & Mindfulness.

Young Adult Chronic Illness Processing and Support
Life with chronic illness and pain can be challenging as a young adult. Many of us living with ongoing medical concerns feel overwhelmed and experience isolation. Others may find it hard to understand or know how to help us. This support group is designed to provide a caring space to meet other young adults impacted by ongoing health challenges. It is our hope that you may find comfort here.
