Evelyn’s warm/calming personality makes her clients comfortable to warm up to and build therapeutic relationships. Evelyn utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Motivational Interviewing skills to provide non-judgmental feedback and set collaborative goals. Evelyn is married, has two teenage children, and lived in Connecticut since 2009.
