Coming out of therapy, you will find understanding, guidance, and coping strategies to overcome your challenges. I work with children, teenagers, and adults with anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, trauma, school related concerns, infertility issues, family conflict, women's issues, life transitions, and a variety of other concerns.
My methods include Integrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy for teens and adults, and Play Therapy for children and adolescents. This gives you and I the ability to use what aligns with you, your feelings and thought process, in helping you meet your challenges and achieve your goals.
I am most empathetic because I have made it through a number of issues that my clients have worked with. I know in my heart that most things which seem impossible are actually possible with the right guidance, focus, and support.
