Hi, I'm Sarah, licensed mental health counselor. I am DBT certified and utilize this approach with many clients. The core components of DBT that I teach consist of mindfulness, and distress tolerance. These skills can be applied to those struggling with anxiety, lack or focus, or simple life changes. I focus on a mind and body approach to assist in treating women, and teens as a whole in order to best connect with their thoughts and behaviors. I have experience in working with women who are survivors of trauma. We can approach the therapeutic process at your comfort level, and come up with a support plan that makes sense for you.
