Hello and welcome, I'm Sarah! Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and beautiful. I believe we all can benefit from professional support through therapy. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, grief, and prenatal/postpartum support. I seek to support individuals as they work to navigate their journey through life. It is important to me as a therapist that you receive relief from the symptoms you are experiencing, develop functional tools to use in your daily life, and work to achieve your therapeutic goals.
