I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Utah. I am also a National Certified Counselor and a Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have over 15 years of professional work experience helping people navigate situations that impact their mental well being. Examples include stress; anxiety; self-esteem and confidence; depression; relationship issues; workplace issues; and living with mental health conditions.
