Hi! I'm Sarah. I'm creative & passionate in my personal & professional life. I believe in bringing a creative approach to all aspects of life and identity affirming practices. My counseling style is rooted in expressive arts therapy, neuroscience (brain stuff), polyvagal theory (nervous system stuff), somatic work (body stuff). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board Certified Art Therapist, Expressive Arts Therapist, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level II, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider.
Expressive arts includes movement, sound, storytelling, and silence. By engaging in expressive arts, therapy can create restorative felt-sense experiences. These experiences can help you identify ways to self-soothe and self-regulate during times of distress.
My work focuses on inclusivity and identity affirming practices. LGBTQ-PIA+, BDSM/kink, poly/consensual nonmonogamy, paganism, spirituality, etc. I want to help you discover who you are and everything you can become.
