I have had the privilege of working as a Therapist for over 26 years. I am experienced and enjoy working with adolescent and adult clients in individual sessions as well as in couple and family sessions. During our time together we will explore your issues and patters of behaviors that are no longer working for you. We will do this through a collaborative process in an atmosphere that is safe, supportive and compassionate. Many of our behaviors are unconscious and actually worked for us in our earlier years. Together we will explore these issues and look at the potential for new responses and the potential for better outcomes.
I provide scientifically evidence based Therapy for adolescents, adults, couples and families. I specialize in depression, anxiety, addiction, self-esteem and trauma related disorders (PTSD). I also treat those impacted by childhood abuse/neglect, domestic violence, bullying, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
My goal is that when someone enters my office, they will have the opportunity to explore themselves, their issues and their relationships in a safe and compassionate atmosphere. As your awareness grows and you reconnect with your values you can claim back your life. Many find that with improved awareness, they are better able to live their best lives.
