Grief and Loss Group (Virtual)
Welcoming all Adults in California who have experienced the loss of someone significant. Join (virtually) a circle of people who understand and are grieving alongside you. Although grief is a part of life, it is one of the most difficult parts to navigate, especially alone. This group will connect a community of people who have experienced loss, and understand what you are going through. Our time together will support you in understanding and processing the feelings you are experiencing. Meeting Wednesdays from 5:00-6:30 weekly for 10 weeks starting Wednesday Jan. 31st. Limited sliding scale spots available.
