I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist proving therapy for children, adolescents and adults. I am an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide an affirming and validating space for all of my clients. I’ve found that many people come to me with narratives that describe themselves as “bad” or broken and not good enough, thinking that they will never succeed, or are unworthy of love or respect. These false beliefs often prevent them from making desired changes, resulting in a hopeless narrative that brings pain and discouragement.

My goal is to challenge problematic narratives by helping clients uncover their strengths, highlighting their true capabilities. I aim to help my clients see that they are not the problem; the problem is the problem. Collaboratively, we will identify and implement necessary changes that will help diminish feelings of hopelessness and frustration.
Together, I want to help find new, more desirable narratives for clients’ lives; ones that highlight abilities and improve overall happiness and well-being. I want you to bring your genuine self, and I’ll bring mine, rest assured that you will be in a safe and affirming environment.
